Due to COVID- 19 the spa has a new set of protocols in place to ensure your safety as well as our employees:

 

- If you are feeling ill or with a high temperature, please stay home and reschedule.

- Please DO NOT come early for your appointment. If you arrive early, please wait in your car or outside.

​

- We will be taking your temperature upon entering the spa. If your temperature is above 100 degrees, we will ask you to please go home.

​

- The lounge area and tea bar will remain closed. 

​

- We require all employees AND guests to wear a mask. If you do not have one, we will provide you one at an extra charge. 

​

- We will be sanitizing all doors, rooms, bathrooms and shared spaces regularly. 

​

*We still have a cancellation policy of 24 hours. Cancellation fees will apply if you reschedule or cancel your appointment(s) within 24 hours.
