GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Select Urbana gift card promotions may include a free $25 gift voucher with the purchase of $100 in gift cards.

 

Offer: Purchase $100 in gift cards in-person or online and get a free $25 gift voucher emailed to you.

Purchase Period: The gift card purchase must be made during select promotional periods from Nov 1st 2025 to June 30, 2026.

Promo Card Usage Period: The $25 gift voucher can be used between January 2, 2026, and December 31, 2026.

Usage: The gift voucher is valid for full priced services over $80 or retail items only.

Gift Voucher

  • Gift Voucher has no cash value.  Gift Voucher cannot be refunded

  • Gift Voucher is not replaceable and is non transferrable if lost or stolen

  • Urbana is not responsible for loss, theft, stolen or mutilation of this Gift Voucher

  • Cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24 hours or less prior to service applies; Gift Voucher is subject to forfeiture.

  • Gift Voucher must be presented upon check-in

  • Gift Voucher must be surrendered at the time of redemption

  • Gift Voucher does not include and cannot be used for gratuity

  • The total value of this Gift Voucher must be redeemed at a single full-priced service

  • This Gift Voucher is to be used for 1 regular priced services above $80

  • This Gift Voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts or used for services such as memberships, spa parties, spa packages, monthly specials and service packs

  • Expiration Date.  December 31, 2026

  • Gift Voucher cannot be used on the same day in which it was earned.

  • Gift Voucher can only be used on full price services and cannot be combined with other 3rd party promotional cards, members' discounts or Monthly Spotlight Specials and Indulge Package.

  • Gift Voucher must be used within the expiration date or it will expire without value.
